So! Recently, we have done these experiments with Convection, Contraction, Conduction, and Diffusion.
The first we did was Conduction… How did we do it? Well firstly we set up the equipment needed for our experiment. We plugged in the Bunsen Burner, grabbed potatassium jelly, and using that, stuck pins onto a little metal rod. We stuck the metal rod to the retort stand and clamped it in to make sure it stuck on tight and good while it was getting burnt later. We light up the Bunsen Burner and start our stopwatch. Before finally ending the experiment and putting it into our write-up.
Next, we did Convection, and started by setting down a heatproof mat for the Bunsen Burner. We put it down onto a tripod so it stayed off the ground and so the Bunsen Burner could fit underneath.
My teacher told me to send it even though It isn’t finished so maybe I will finish it after school time.
